Clicking on form 6 will take you to http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in/eregistration/eregistrationnew/userdetails_new.aspx which is application form for new voter registration applicants in Andhra Pradesh. In the form top left section is for selecting your district and at the right it has a section to upload your passport size photograph. Make sure it is not more than 100 kb in size and should be 240 x 320 pixels in height and width.
Next block is for Applicant’s Details where you have to fill in your name, surname, date of birth, gender, etc and other details. This section is for your current residence address, and below that you have fill details of member(s) of applicant’s family who are already registered in Andhra Pradesh’s electoral roll. Fill in your mobile number and email address, and move on to declaration block.
Double check all the filled details in the application form and process to bottom where you can click on “submit” to complete the enrollment procedure. Upon successful submission you will be provided application ID to track status of your voter id.
